Nala is a beautiful 18-month-old German Shepherd. She is loving and calm and good with other dogs. Nala has been very lucky to wait for her forever home at what we call"camp." She has been hiking in the mountains and running on the beach everyday with 30 other dogs. She is with Cesar Milan "The Dog Whisperer" who was just featured on the National Geographic series of the same name. Nala is learning to enjoy life. She has always been good with other dogs but she needed to experience something other than a cement kennel. Cesar told us her life only started when she walked out of the shelter with us. She was turned in to the shelter by her family who said that they had no time for her. She is not a dominant personality and would be fine with almost any dog. She has a medium- energy level. One of the staff people at The Dog Psychology Center - http://www.dogpsychologycenter.com/ - is an older gentleman who fixes things. Nala has become devoted to him. She wants to belong and to have a nice family of her own someday.
