Sonny von Sonnenbaum is a striking looking 12 month old German Shepherd with a touch of another large breed, maybe Great Dane. He is as sweet as they come and just as beautiful. He loves people and they love him. At an adoption event, everyone came up and just wanted to give him a hug. He is so adorable, good natured, friendly, gentle, and affectionate. Sonny loves to give kisses and is so huggable that we call him a big teddy bear. He is friendly to all dogs, male or female and he can be walked with any other dog and is gentle on the leash. He was rescued with a female who has been adopted but he was always resting his head on her back. When one of our volunteers gave him a ride in the car, he was quiet and still - he just enjoyed watching the scenery. Come meet him and see how loveable he is. Sonny is pretty hard to resist.
