Sheera weighs in at a healthy 70 lbs. Although she is active and likes an occasional run around the back yard, she is best for short walks and long naps in the house. She is an ideal companion for an older individual who has some time to spend with her. Sheera is currently in a foster home with multiple dogs and cats and gets along well with them. Although she seems to not appreciate the goofy male dog of the house slobbering right in her face, she tolerates him with good humor. Sheera is a very easy house guest and requires little and has so much to give back. People who have adopted older dogs are so amazed at how easy a transition it is to a new home as opposed to a younger more energetic new family member. Sheera’s family moved and left her behind. We can’t imagine people like that, but we always say we see the worst of people but also the best. We know some wonderful family is out there looking for Sheera to complete their family.
